Bulleen

"High potential"

Bulleen is the most under-valued eastern suburb for its proximity to the Melbourne CBD. Neighbouring Balwyn North and close to Eastern freeway, drive from Bulleen into the city is only 15mins. Bulleen is quiet and has a friendly neighbourhood. There are many parks in Bulleen which makes it suitable for families.

Maribyrnong

"Conveniently located"

Maribyrnong is the home of the scenic Maribyrnong river where families enjoy walking, jogging, cycling, kayaking and canoeying. One direction along the river takes you to Brimbank Park through Essendon, Avondale Heights and Sunshine North. The other direction takes you into Melbourne CBD through Footscray Park and Dockland.

Macedon St is arguably the best street in Maribyrnong, with a magnificient streetscape. It's a quiet tree lined street some 300m from Highpoint Shopping Centre, Aquatic Centre and the Maribyrnong river.

Have your retail theraphy at Highpoint Shopping centre (Maribyrnong). With shopping comes great dining, and my favourite is Nandos.

Maribyrnong has so much to offer and yet it is only 7Km from Melbourne CBD.

Maribyrnong already boasts many multi-million dollars properties. Watch this
suburb, as it keeps on growing and growing.
