South Lake

"Affordable, great location, loads of amenities!"

Fantastic central location just 20kms from Perth CBD, 13kms to Fremantle and less than 5 minutes to the new Cockburn Central Shopping Centre. South Lake is a fantastic and affordable suburb with lots of amenities including:
• Two schools: South Lake Primary School and Lakeland Senior High School.
• South Lake Leisure Centre on South Lake Drive. The Centre has an eight lane heated 25m pool, outdoor leisure pool with 2 water slides(summer only), toddlers pool, spa, sauna and steam room. The Centre also has a fully equipped gym, aerobics room, community meeting room and two indoor multipurpose sports courts.
• Lakes Shopping Centre

Yangebup

"Great Location & Value for Money!"

I'm a MASSIVE fan of Yangebup - Where else can you buy a first home for $350,000 OR a multimillion dollar mansion overlooking the ocean (Bayview Estate, Yangebup)? The suburb is just 28kms from the city (approx 25mins,) has public transport to Gateways Shopping City, Garden City & Fremantle, is just 5 minutes away from Cockburn Central Train Station & Gateways Shopping Centre, 9minutes away from Coogee Beach (and the New Port Coogee Marina) and only 18 minutes from Fremantle.

There are three schools in the suburb: Yangebup Primary School, Mater Christ Catholic Primary School and one secondary school: Divine Mercy College.

The suburb boasts a 2 great little shop hubs with IGA, hairdressers, Chinese and Italian restaurants, newsagencies, bottle shops, deli's, pharmacies and other little convenient stores.
There is a large oval in the centre of the suburb which is perfect for walking your dog, kicking the footy around or watching the local Yangebup sporting teams. The Yangebup hall also offers play groups, dancing, karate and other activities for the kids.

All in all this is an up and coming suburb, the homes are great value for money, there is a great sense of community and the location is so central considering the price. Have a drive around and you’ll realise that whether you’re a first home buyer, investor or looking for something spectacular this is somewhere you’ll love!
