Woongarrah

"Lots of quality new homes being built here"

Woongarrah is an upcoming area with lots of new housing in estates with quality properties. There are new schools being built, and community facilities here too. Not too far to the hospital for medical professionals, but also wonderful location for those wanting to live on the Coast for the relaxed lifestyle but easy access to the M1 for travelling to work as it is conveniently located about halfway between Sydney and Newcastle. Erina Heights
22nd April 2024

"Perfect Central Location"

Erina Heights is a well sought after suburb to live. A beautiful little primary school and the Central Coast Grammar School are nearby. You can find some beautiful homes here. Erina Heights is well positioned for easy access to major shopping at Erina Fair. Only moments drive to Wamberal and Terrigal beaches and lagoons. Highly recommend this suburb to anyone moving to the Central Coast area. (Kelley Seaton, Director/Property Manager, The Leasing Network, 0400 454 531, [email protected])

Gosford is a good location for commuters, if you catch the train to Sydney or Newcastle its very convenient. Also only a short drive to the M1 motorway. There are lots of apartment style living in Gosford. Only 10 mins drive to the Coastline and beaches too. Long Jetty

"Lakeside living"

Long Jetty is a town passing through heading to The Entrance, nestled between the Ocean and Tuggerah Lake. It has lots of cool trendy shops and cafes. Once a sleepy seaside village, now a trendy place to chill out and enjoy the serenity. (Kelley Seaton, Director/Property Manager, The Leasing Network, 0400 454 531, [email protected])

"Great quiet street"

Edinburgh Circuit is located between the beach & Central Coast Highway. It’s a very quiet area. Close to transport bus route on Windsor Rd, within 5 mins to IGA & speciality shops at Erina Heights, 10 mins drive to Erina Fair shopping. 4 mins stroll to Breakers Country Club & golf course, and 10 mins stroll to the beach and cafes.

"Beautiful Blue Bay"

I have lived near Blue Bay for over 27 years. And I love it. It is great for families & also for couples. It’s location on the beaches is amazing. It’s the home to the small amazing cafe “table 92” & Bateau Bay square shops is only a short drive away. We are very lucky to have this luxury like lifestyle. Highly recommend. Wamberal

"Water Lovers paradise"

Wamberal Beach is great, the cafe above the surf club has great views. You can park in Wamberal and stroll into Terrigal, but leave the car behind. Wamberal Lagoon is perfect for tiny tots to splash about. Wamberal & Terrigal Lagoons, are both great for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and the relaxed water sports. Driving time is about 10 minutes to Erina, and only 2 minutes to Terrigal. (Kelley Seaton, Director/Property Manager, The Leasing Network, 0400 454 531, [email protected])

Hilltop Street

"Best View on the Central Coast"

Take Hilltop Street right to the very end. You will find Crackneck Lookout in the Wyrrabalong National Park. The views are amazing. I live 2 minutes from here, and walk here often. You can walk up along a beach track between here and Bateau Bay Beach. Its great. You can also take another walk to Forresters Beach, taking in some amazing coastal scenery. Between May & November you can watch whales swimming on by, and see views past The Entrance to the Norah Head lighthouse. Norah Head

"Love this little hidden gem"

Norah Head Rockpools is a must do place to visit if you are nearby Beautiful water (sometimes chilly) and right next to the boat ramp. Its a secret little place. Take a picnic you'll stay while. Tip: There is a small car park at the bottom right on the beach if you're lucky to grab a park there. (Kelley Seaton, Director/Property Manager, The Leasing Network, 0400 454 531, [email protected])

Woy Woy

"Great for commuter"

Located near the train line, its perfect for any commuters to get to Sydney or Newcastle. It's a little town on the water, great for the fisherman. Woy Woys aboriginal town name means "much water" or "big lagoon" in reference to it being situated on Brisbane Water. Its worth a visit to Fishermans Wharf Co-op which has nice fresh seafood at a reasonable price right on the water. Or if you are after something new, try the Link and Pin Cafe, or an old local favourite the Gnostic Cafe. Another idea if you are visiting is to catch the Davistown Ferry, to Davistown RSL for lunch. The Entrance

"Seaside Town, beautiful water ways"

I live not far from The Entrance, it is a tourist/holiday town by the beautiful Tuggerah Lakes. The memorial park is a great open parkland which has rides and entertainment most weekends, as well as farmers markets on selected weekends. There is also a kids playground and water play area known as "Veras Water Garden". The pelican feeding is at 3:30pm daily. There are some great little restaurants and cafes, my favourite is Bistro Jinja, it is right on the water, and also has takeaway. Masons Parade

"Great little spot nestled near Sailing Club"

I love visiting Masons Parade with my kids, the play at the waters edge and in the park. Sometimes we go to the Gosford Pool too, and take a stroll around the waterfront. I also love visiting with my mum and we eat grab a bite to eat at the Boatshed Bar & Cafe underneath the Gosford Sailing Club. Lovely street away from the hustle and bustle. "Great for shopping, Well Positioned"

Erina is a popular area on the Central Coast, located only about a 8 minute drive to Terrigal Beach, and 8 minutes to Gosford CPD train station and a further 8 minutes to the M1 motorway, its positioned very well. It was known for quite some time to be the home of the largest single level shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere, Erina Fair, which now has a expanded to a multilevel with "The Hive Entertainment & Food precinct". Bateau Bay

"Coastal Oceanside Suburb"

I have lived in Bateau Bay for over 25+ years. Location wise it is fantastic. I love everything about living here! It situated on the ocean, with lots of national parks and walking tracks to Crackneck Lookout. It's about half way between Tuggerah Westifeld and Erina Fair, both major shopping, restaurants and cafe precincts. There are so many wonderful cafes in nearby suburbs too. And it's only 15 mins drive to a train line or the M1 motorway for any commuters. (Kelley Seaton, Director/Property Manager, The Leasing Network, 0400 454 531, [email protected])
