Kewarra

We used to live here a few years ago. Our house fronted on the Henderson Ave so used to hear the cars go by but not to bad. We used to also front on to a park so this is useful for kids. It is a very affordable area to live in and the Montague Farm estate itself is good. You can walk to Main North Road and catch a bus if you need to. Our house didn't take long to sell either when we put it on the market, was sold in 2 weeks.

This is a quiet street with friendly neighbors. It is not too far from the city or Tea Tree Plaza so has everything you need. There is also an affordable private school close by which makes it handy for those with kids. Would recommend living here to anyone.
