"Culver City Arts District"
This area is now more commonly know as...Culver City Arts District. The main draw are the galleries, Helms Bakery, and close proximity the Metro rail. Also, the Ballona Creek bike path makes a great bike ride to the beach.

"Catching On Fast!"
Very charming historical neighborhood. One of the last affordable spots west of Downtown. A new charter school has started. In addition to being so close to USC, Westsiders fed up with escalating prices from bidding wars are catching on.
