Cooloola Cove
"Great town"
I have lived in MANY parts of Australia and the Cooloola area beats them all for lifestyle, particularly wonderful for young families, I couldnt imagine a safer or more fun place for my kids :)
Great for
- Sitting in Tin Can Bay inlet watching the soldier crabs after feeding the dolphins ahhhh RELAXING!
Not great for
- You do need to go to Gympie for some activities

Would also love to hear! We are also considering the move with a young one and planning a little one soon, what are job prospects like also?
We have heard there is a lot of crime in the area is this true

Hi - We're looking at moving up that way from the Sunshine Coast. We have two kids - 10 and 2. Wondering if you feel still the same way about Cooloola Cove. Do you have any advice on schools? Is it easy to make friends? We won't know anyone up there. Thanks in advance.
