We moved here from the west side of the city nearly a year ago and the location is much better south east. There are great access links to the city but also to Chadstone, Southland and all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. The beach is a short drive and the semi-rural nature of Langwarrin is great for kids. There are plenty of schools, shops and medical facilities within walking distance. The cost of houses is much cheaper than Frankston and the general feeling of the suburb is much nicer. Mt Eliza and Mornington shopping precincts are close buy also. There is vandalism in all areas, the trendy suburb we moved from was not short of this either. There is no industrial feel over this side which is one thing that my husband and I hated about the west. All in all a fantastic move!
