my dogs have been bitten 3 times by tigersnakes, 550 a pop for shots, i too live on north rd, its a lot busier than i thought it would be, i do like langwarrin though just not this area

One word of caution dont buy acreage around north rd area, floods and snakes a major issue, we bought around 1 year ago and have huge problems with tiger snakes, we will be selling soon, other than that langwarrin itself is an ok area to live, good acces to freeways, karingal just down the road
