A couple of minutes walk to the train station and local cafe (that makes extremely good coffee). Very friendly neighbours, a safe street, & quiet (pending how close you live to the train line) but the convenience of transport at the end of the street far outweighs the sound of a train passing. Houses are a mix of character & modern, many renovated.

Excellent suburb in growth mode. Plenty of parks to choose from, and multiple transport options. It’s near the city, next to Morningside, and close to Bulimba; offering a plethora of dining, drinking, & cafe options. In the older part of murarrie, there’s a mix of modern and character homes & cottages; many renovated or in the process of. Wonderful friendly neighbours and a strong community vibe. And the plane noise isn't that bad. It’s worse in Bulimba!
