"Lovely friendly street"
A couple of minutes walk to the train station and local cafe (that makes extremely good coffee). Very friendly neighbours, a safe street, & quiet (pending how close you live to the train line) but the convenience of transport at the end of the street far outweighs the sound of a train passing. Houses are a mix of character & modern, many renovated.
