"Perfect Street to relax and unwind"
We have been residence for some years now and the area is brilliant. Lots of Parks and walk areas, great for couples and new family starters. Neighbours in this street are just adorable with a great neighbourhood watch n place. Train station is 500m walk and other than the occassional plane it is relatively quite. Great spot to watch the Brisbane Fireworks. The realestate agents that look after this area are the friendliest and honest you have ever seen. This is our second property through them. The Property Manager is only OK as they recently took over the management and have a lot to catch up on. Although they aren't as great with tenants requests from what I have heard. Lots of people with dogs and it is a big social gathering each afternoon in the park. Perfect place to live. Would never move.

They are extremely honest and trustworthy, I would highly reccommend this agent as they have been active here for many years. They know the properties really well and also know the residence and the area.
