Not great for ADSL. It's serviced off Tingalpa exchange and is on Telstra RIMs as there's not enough copper ports at the exchange.
Put your address into www.adsl2exchanges.com.au to get an idea of how much you'd get on ADSL. Expect less than 5Mbit synch generally.
