My partner & I bought a house in Langwarrin approx 18months ago. Our house is 20 y/o, only ever owned by 1 owner but, AMAZING! it shows that people have taken pride in their properties in this suburb in times before & current.

We quite often visit the local Pub "Langy, Beretta's, Langwarrin pub" Its fabulous. Child friendly, Great food, Awesome for a dance on a Friday or Saturday night to a talented local band, not to mention the Sunday sesh's on the balcony with local DJ's.

Langwarrin bursts with a friendly atmosphere, happy families riding bikes & taking pets for walks. It boasts everything that a family is searching for.

Although as others have said there is a bit of graffiti happening in the area, it is cleaned weekly and never left months on end.

I love it here... and i am originally from the Gold Coast where they say 'Its perfect one day & better the next".

I cant recommend Langwarrin enough for young families or executive couples looking to start a family. Its a perfect community!
