3min from Haines and Armadale shopping centre. 5min from Bunnings and many other shops. 40min from city. 15min from Cockburn central train station. Relatively quiet. Many retirees, young families, low income, pensioners, some professionals. Very quiet streets in the morning. Some crime.

Lived here since October 2024. Generally very quiet with occasional motorbike hooning. Surrounded by retirees, young families, some professionals, fair amount people in the area are on lower income, social security/ centrelink. There was random person walking around 4am or nicked a neighbours statue out the front of her house. Some groups of kids occassionally wandering on or near streets. Frequent patrolling of streets by police keeps the area safe. Crime stats indicate decreasing crime since 2017
