Good location and very affordable..but not for much longer as family rush in. Midpoint between Brisbane and Gold Coast, doesnt get any better. Families are rushing to Eagleby and the Coomera Connector will make it even a better suburb. Low socio issues are disappearing fast as middle income professionals move in.

Live in Hillcrest last 5 years, its one of the best upcoming suburbs, very family oriented and that pocket near Diamantina is the best. Very close to Sunnybank, Calamvale and Brownplains Shopping Mall
