An amazing place to live. That sums it up nicely.

I lived in Seaford for four years on Nepean highway. The place has come a long way since then with smart property developers seeing the potential and buying in. Not sure what crime people are talking about but I'm guessing it's in the dodgy belvedere park part of Seaford. Beach, creek views, shops etc. also has heaps of primary schools. Loved it here

Just bought in CD. Got a house for a good price in a good street which is quiet. The neighbours looked a bit rough but are actually very nice people. Got a few shopping centres in the area which are all good. Lots of parks too. Great cheap suburb surrounded by a lot of more expensive ones. Best secret in Victoria.
