I purchased an investment property in Glen Innes 5 years ago. Although the property has not rapidly grown in value (probably increased by 25%) rental return is high based on the low purchase price.

My parents moved to the town approximately 7 years ago and enjoy the laid back lifestyle. They enjoy being involved in the community and Dad particularly enjoys playing Golf while Mum is involved in several community groups.

I live in Brisbane now though would love to raise my family in a smaller town like Glen Innes.
