Our small family had been renting in Denistone and decided that we wanted our own home. We really loved the idea of Baulkham Hills and Castle Hill although the poor transport and traffic gridlock were concerning. Originally we were planning on purchasing a 3 bedroom duplex near Stockland mall. After many research we bought an older 4 bedroom house in Seven Hills with lots of lawn for our son and we haven't looked back. My husband travels to Central every day in under 35 minutes. We didn't realise that we could afford a house with a great train service in such a nice area for our budget. We send our son to Seven Hills North and although the student population is quite low the teaching quality is excellent. We live on Seven Hills Rd and definitely recommend this area for young families like us :-)
