"Great outer suburb on the rise"
Ingleburn is very well connected to Hume freeway, express railway, close by amminities and there is literally no reason to leave the subrub unless if you wanna go to the beach or work.
However, you have to be mindful of which pocket in Ingelburn to live in, some pockets are quite nice and peaceful. These are generally the ones built in the late 1980+. Some older parts of Ingelburn feel very shady still and don't give a good vibe

"Family oriented suburb with a nice community feel"
Greenvale is a hidden gem in Melbourne, away from the traffic, noise and other nasty things of late in Melbourne. The Coles shopping nearby has most of the stuff you need on a daily basis. Everything else is still within 10-15mins drive.
I have noticed that this suburb keeps attracting quality families and people. It is pricier than everything else around it for a reason.
Who is it for?
- People who love peace, clean streets, nice houses and positive vibes
- People who don't mind driving 10mins for non-essential amenities
Stay away if you are
- An investor looking for capital growth, this is not the area. Please stay away. Go to Craigeburn instead

"A Coastal Family Haven"
Lovely coastal vibe, relaxed with friendly neighbours all around. School, childcare, and a train station all within walking distance.
Waking up in the morning and smelling the ocean breeze is something I cannot live out now that I have experienced it.
I just wish there were more amenities within walking distance, but I guess you can't wish for everything!
