Crimea Street

"Good and near to everything"

Ok would you like the good news or the bad news.......the only bad point about this area is that the St Johns Depo is on the same street, which I suppose isnt bad if your ever in need of an ambulance. Good news is it joins up to Collier road, Morley Drve not far from Beaufort st so you can get around anywhere with the greatest of ease. Walk to the shps, medical and schools. Lots of trees....Not so many parks but theres a swimming pool and a gym withing walking distance... Cinemas, a bar or 2 also.

Kenny Street

"Are you kidding?"

The council are hopeless, totally self absorbed paper flippers that need to grab a set and make some things happen... The crime considering its low density is horrendeous. Area very run down. Verges and footopaths in a poor state. Parks are under utilised....serious lack of facilities.....Big deal they have a Skate Park.....have you seen it? Its at the entrance to the town constantly covered with litter. This area is fine if you want to find a cheap dump and pour a couple of hundred thousand into it.....People in the area are generally friendly they have a sense of ownership.....I guess its like any other small town....if you grew up there youd get along just fine.....
Read the local paper and you'll get an idea.

Best thing they have there is the library.

Silverwood Street

"Quiet, Cute Park, Friendly Neighbours. Massive subdividable blocks."

Great little street mostly on a hill over looking the Galleria, City and Hills views also. Near to everything you ever need library, childcare on Silverwood Street, Medical just behind, Walk to bayswater waves, everything the Galleria has to offer plus when the new Markets(same company that did Sorrento Quay) opens that also make it a Tourist hub. Plans for light rail plus a bunch of other things for the neighbourhood. One of the best things is all the birdlife and established trees and gardens.....Mix of old classics and beautiful new designer houses.
