Great street with a lot of development happenning. New builds and renovations have improved the street appeal of properties up and down Boronia Av. The high side of the street gets city views and/ or nice leafy aspects. Easy walk to Glinderman park, bus stops on Logan rd or easy access to express busway and Freeway. It is walking distance to a lovely Catholic School, and short commute to a State School with one of the best reputations on the South Side of Brisbane. Much gentrification has already occurred on this street with many high quality new builds already taken place. Great place to live!

Greenslopes is great, so close to the city and if you are in the right parts it is beautiful and quiet. Great access to buses, trains, Freeway and bikeways.
