Looking for a home in Boronia Avenue?
"Professional Couples"
I sold #23 a few months back now and was very impressed by the city views. Initially I did not realise the elevation, breezes and views. Most of the blocks are smaller (405m) and ideal for the professional couple working in the city, who don't care much for a yard. Logan Rd also has exceptionally fast bus services which travel along the busway to the city in about 15 minutes. Overall a very nice street to live in.

"Great street in a nice part of HPW"
Great street with a lot of development happenning. New builds and renovations have improved the street appeal of properties up and down Boronia Av. The high side of the street gets city views and/ or nice leafy aspects. Easy walk to Glinderman park, bus stops on Logan rd or easy access to express busway and Freeway. Great street, good potential for strong capital gains in the future being only 8ks to the city.
