"Not a fan"
If you want to be subjected to crime, robberies and an overall plain suburb then Rouse Hill may be for you but personally, I find my experience was unsatisfactory. I have been prone to many robberies and as a woman I feel it unsafe to walk through certain areas of the suburb. It is also an area with not enough greenery and all houses are just a copy and paste of eachother with no character or individuality in the slightest. Looks like a utopian movie set.

You got to be kidding me, probably mixing up your emotions from somewhere else. We have been residing here for over a decade here and not one crime was escalated for attention!
@Satya agree with you - but I think she might be from the other side of windsor road and AFAIK it's not all followers and sunshine - my mate built a house there and indeed she had issues (also neighbours reported cases like auto thefts, etc). If you lived here for over a decade chances are you are in the old Rouse Hill (where we live as well) and it's honestly super safe.
Thanks Bruce.
"friendly neighbourhood"
I live on the border of Normanhurst and Thornleigh and I love my neighbourhood. It is very leafy and green unlike the newer suburbs in Western Sydney, it has a large influx of parks to play sport at or bring your kids to. There are many areas to bushwalk and the brickpit which has minigolf, golf, play equipment, skatepark and indoor basketball courts. It is the type of neighbourhood where you can greet and chat with others when walking by and feel safe to walk at night as a woman.

do you live in the new rouse hill (it's actually NOT rouse hill, it was part of Schofields) or the old rouse hill? Cos the old rouse hill is all green leaves, flower gardens and friendly people.
