"Great town close to everything"
Watervale has plenty to offer on your way to Clare or the Flinders. Top of the list is the famous Annie's Lane, 1000's gather in February each year for the annual 'Day on the Green'. Great Bed and Breakfasts, pub, local general store and a short 10 minute drive to Clare

"Great Character town with plenty going on"
20 minutes south of Clare, this town really is underrated in the mid north. Award winning pub the Rising Sun, Coffee shops, bike hire and trails heading north to Clare and south to Riverton. Fantastic people with a great community spirit. Local Organisation HATS organise great entertainment to visit the town, in recent times that has included Scottish signer Sandi Thom and Australian Comedian Harley Breen. Add to this a local IGA, petrol station, motel and numerous B & B's and wineries and this is a place you could call home.

- No Hospital, in saying this only 20 minutes to Clare
