Frankston South

"Lovely place to live"

I find Frankston South a lovely peaceful place to live. I grew up in Frankston South and then moved away when I married. But, 3 years ago we moved back again. I really missed the area and I'm so glad we are back again.
From growing up here I know its a great place for kids to grow up there are great primary and secondary schools. Monash uni is only 5 minutes away and Chisholm is 5 minutes away as well. We are within walking distance of the beach and have great parks for children and leash free areas for dogs. The Public transport is very reliable and I find there is a very neighbourly spirit. I find the local facilities for shopping and medical centres are excellent . Plus we are so close to Frankston town centre which has many very good shops and restaurants. The facilities for the aged are great as well. Places like Sweet water creek reserve and the Botanical gardens are a lovely place to stroll through to get amongst the flora and fauna.

Balnarring

"Great Rural Life"

I lived in Balnarring for 32 years. I had my family and it was such a great safe place for them to grow up. Balnarring has a great Primary school, Kinder and Infant welfare centre. Just what you need for a young growing family. It has quiet beaches two Churches, Tennis courts, wonderfull wetlands which just have to be seen. There is a Cricket club and also a Football club. There is a Doctor and Dentist and a lovely shopping village. It is also close to a surf beach which the locals love. Balnarring is definately the place to live.
