"A fantastic suburb"

Bought in Salisbury in 2020 and very lucky to have got in. Great location and access to the CBD whilst feeling a little tucked away behind Toohey Forest. Has everything you need and is in close proximity to good infrastructure i.e., shops, grocery stores, medical centres, schools (public and private), Griffith uni - ranked in the top 2 percent globally, as well as hospital, gyms, cafes, a major Westfield, ballistic brewing co, and more! It’s also a stones throw away from Graceville to the left, Holland Park to the right, Sunnybank to the south, and soon to be finished Yeerongpilly Green riverside precinct to the north. Should experience some more uplift & connectivity with the train station being completely rebuilt as part of the major Cross River Rail project. Can feel a bit industrial in certain parts but this could easily be offset with more trendy eateries, and studios/spaces for local businesses to flourish in. Could use a bit of a facelift to its parks and local shopping villages to make it even more appealing. Only regret is that we didn’t buy here earlier. A fantastic suburb with huge potential.
