"Friendly community"

Rasmussen is a quiet part of Townsville, 5 mins from the main part of town and easy driving distance to the beach.

Great for

  • Alot of new development going on with ADH being built in Rasmussen.

Not great for

  • Shopping centre is needing an uplift
