Dayboro,.... used to be nice but it has used its rural feel. It now is just a town with big gardens.
People buy properties of 1acre of land or more only to mow it with their ride-on every weekend, the whole weekend. It will be more quiet in central Brisbane, if you are after piece and quiet.
Soon an open cut mine will open just outside Dayboro, mining rocks, cement, road-base etc for the next 100 years. More dust, more trucks and more well everything I guess, just have a look how it will be if you drive from Dayboro to Petrie.
The roads in and out of Dayboro, are getting busy and now between Fingerboard road and Dayboro road they are going to put up another 100 houses, on top of the 30 odd that are there currently..... I guess another Millbrook getto....sorry should read Millbrook Estate.
Another 150 odd cars....well it might bring the petrol prices down.
Rural or quiet town.... no not anymore really. Dusty and noisy.
