I bought a house in Regents Park and i love it.
The area is quiet and safe to live in, its surrounded by parkland and trees, yet so central to everything, plenty of schools, shops and transport. Lots more is being developed!
What a great place to invest in property to! Property will only go up as population move into this area as people are after quiet, safe places to live but accessible to everything, and this place
has all of the above!
Wouldnt live near the CBD, to hectic!

I love Coomera, the lifestyle is brilliant! Everything is growing here and the opportunites for investments, study, and shopping will be endless. I think Coomera area is going to go up in price
even more so and Coomera Waters is gorgeous!
