South Lake
"Fantastic Suburb"
We are a young couple who have been living here for a year now and have had LOVED the location and have had absolutely no troubles. The Lakes Revitalisation project through the City of Cockburn will mean that the prices in South Lake will keep increasing. They are also supporting urban renewal in the area which will improve the overall appearance of the suburb.

- Proximity to Fiona Stanley Hospital
- Lakes Revitalisation Project underway
- Proximity to Murdoch University
- Leisure facilities for young, schools, play grounds
- Proximity to cockburn central
- Proximity to nature
Not great for
- Houses are old(ish) and not very well groomed
