We have lived here for 11 years and would not move. Compared to other Melbourne suburbs Langwarrin is still well priced for what you get. I travel all over Melbourne for my job and other more expensive suburbs have grafitti and teenagers roaming the streets. Not to mention hoom drivers which are more prevalent in the northern suburbs.
We have never experienced any problems whilst out and about at night in Langwarrin
Close to the peninsula and beaches. Love coming home from other parts of Melbourne. Leafy, quiet, clean and great fresh air.
