Have lived here for years, it's a great place to live. Haven't had any issues and neither has our neighbours who have lived here for 20 plus years. Great investment as houses are reasonably priced and usually come with a good sized section. Used to live in Coomera and Ormeau and the people here are so much more friendly. Great parks for the kids and walks from central Eagleby to the boat ramp and around the park. Has no issues and it's safe heaps of others out walking and families. It's changing quickly and some great changes happening in the area
