"Middle of nowhere, worst suburb in Melbourne"

No amenities. I lived on Rocklea Cres and struggled getting to work. The train station is a 20 min car drive, with no other option getting there, and 1 hour into the city. It was stressful driving on the highways to work taking at least an hour and witnessing many accidents occurring daily. Your car value will decrease significantly and you’ll waste a lot of money on fuel/tolls. I couldn’t even find a high level job listing nearby. There are no shops, I struggled getting groceries after work. I even struggled finding a gym close by, putting on 10kgs living there. Couldn’t step outside to go for a walk except on the road, with no green spaces. If you have children, there are no schools nearby. The closest supermarket was in Carrum Downs and it’s filled with junkies in the area. The people in the neighbourhood weren’t friendly, kind or intelligent with most lacking education, didn’t meet one person with a degree. No culture, class, diversity or strong community. Couldn’t find a Catholic Church anywhere. Good for people without hobbies as there’s nothing to do and nowhere to go. It’s not even close to the beach. Terrible for families. Maybe you’ll like it if you’re a bogan, uneducated, unemployed drug user. You can buy way better properties closer to the city, north south east and west, with better quality schools and amenities.

"Hidden gem, beautiful streets & houses, green & safe, Next DC"

Inner-city suburb, 7.5km from Melb CBD, 10 min drive. No tram congestion. High quality liveability. Roughly same distance from city as Hawthorn, St Kilda & Northcote. Walk to Tottenham & WeFo stations & bus stops. Close to Seddon, Kingsville & Yarraville ammenities. Yarraville station, Yarraville Square, Seddon Villiage, Central West, Highpoint, numerous child care/schools, parks, heritage Wool Store & Uncle Toby's buildings, near Williamstown beach/Docklands/Port Melb, 40 mins to Geelong.

Home of other ASX listed technology companies, tremendous proximity to work options, the train is 10 mins into the city, upgraded Footscray hospital, upgraded Hansen Reserve, Cruickshank Park, Yarraville Swim Centre, upgraded Stony Creek Reserve, access to new West Gate Tunnel, Metro Tunnel, Melbourne Airport Rail, Geelong Fast Rail, Sunbury Line Upgrade, good range of coffee and dining options and so forth.
