My partner and I recently purchased here in Seven Hills North. Although we have only been here 2 months, we are both very happy with the area that we have purchased in. Our street is very quiet, the neighbours are very welcoming and take pride with their homes and gardens. It's nice seeing the mix of retirees that have lived here 30-40+ years socialising with the new young families that are making their own fresh start. We love the leafy feel of the place and knowing that the front door can be left unlocked without being worried.

We searched for properties within Seven Hills (North/South) area for approx 1 year and decided we prefered the North side (although the homes on this side are older) as it seems less busy and is close to Kings Langley and Baulkham Hills borders. We also have an assortment of local shops surrounding us including Kings Langley Shopping Centre, Winston Hills Shopping Centre, Seven Hills Shopping Centre. The new train station at Norwest and Bella Vista are not much further away then Seven Hills Station, giving further options along with the T-way and the option of the M2 on ramp is only minutes away, making transport very convenient.

Our local schools are Seven Hills North Public School, Vardy Road Public School (Both are fantastic). Closest secondary school is Seven Hills High, one negative is this school caters only years 7-10. (Does anyone have feedback regarding this High School)?

The only negatives I can think of is the area needs more local Restaurants the closest to us is in Kings Langley and Lalor Thai( We have so many Shopping Centres surrounding us but lack of dine in restaurants) Would be nice if an Indian Restaurant opens up. Also I find the internet (NBN) is not as stable of a connection compared to my previous address in Blacktown during windy weather.

To sum it up, We are very happy with Seven Hills North and will recommend it to others.
