Ipswich

"Quiet, peaceful, on the up"

I brought my first home in Bundamba, and I love it so much. The street is very quiet, mainly older residence, beautiful parks nearby, the Ipswich main street has some great cafes and restaurants. My mortgage is laughably affordable, and now I'm getting a great rental return after moving away with the defence force. Don't listen to the people who bag out ipswich, it's great and so close to a major CBD

Hi there, we're a family of 5 looking at buying from interstate in Wellen Street, Bundamba. So hard to know what it's like as due to covid cannot go and look before we buy. Would love any insight, thoughts and things to consider about this area. Many thanks

Hi Sunshinec, I can do my best, I really enjoyed living in Bundamba, its only 25-30 minutes from Brisbane CBD and Ipswich city has gotten quite nice I think, though most people will just instantly say its crap, I dont think so. I just checked the flood map and Wellen street is totally unaffected which is good

I've lived not to far from here at North Booval and Wellen St is in a great area with good access in and out from a couple different directions.
