Minto

"One of the great success stories!"

Brilliant examples of a revitalised suburb with many new residents across many culture proud of their homes and neighbourhoods. Some acreages toward the Ingleburn side have become some of the most valuable land in the Macarthur region! With a refurbished Minto Mall after many years in disrepair, it's wonderful to see the suburb go from strength to strength.

West Hoxton

"Always highly regarded"

Some long term residents and very well maintained homes in West Hoxton, many families have lived there for many decades. units have only recently been a part of the housing mix, generally larger family homes with great access to Liverpool and most parts of Sydney.

Leppington

"Changing Quick!"

From a rural suburb to a sprawling new suburb. One of the first to really expand with a new train station, and now has much better access to the city without necessarily losing it's greenery. Will continue to develop further in line with the surrounding new suburbs, and end up being quite central to the new airport and still retain many of it's ubiquitous acreages.

Casula

"Great Position!"

Casula remains a really well established varied suburb that, as some reviews have already pointed out, is positioned centrally to take advantage of getting nearly anywhere in Sydney in a reasonable amount of time. Couple that with close proximity to Crossroads shops, very useful Casula Mall and several schools and new features in adjoining new suburbs, and you get a great combination.

Horningsea Park

"Plenty of updated parks and private whilst being close to key infratructure"

Some upgraded park areas and plenty of space is great, quick access to the M7 and Camden Valley Way and right near the future airport preceinct so future road infrastructure will be significant. Doesn't have a train station so like some other western suburbs is car reliant, but very pleasant neighborhood and plenty of high quality homes and streets.

Macquarie Fields

"Lovely to see positive reviews of a really practical suburb"

One of the very well respected selective schools in the south west is in Macquarie Fields, excellent sporting facilities, family facilities and transport options. Underestimated and great value!

Ingleburn

"Varied and practical suburb"

Being in a critical rail corridor for the Macarthur, Ingleburn has a very useful and well used train station, sits a touch closer to the airport/Granville train links which is quick to the city, and has a variation of green streets and more contemporary finger-lot townhouses for different types of families and lifestyles. More development will be coming and it looks to be for the better as the suburb experiences upgrades in all aspects.

Liverpool

"Emerging powerhouse!"

Liverpool is the second really significant western Sydney suburb with Parramatta that is taking on elevated status with huge development, and the building of the new western Sydney airport. Can be a tricky place to navigate in the CBD with plenty of one way streets and quirks, but lovely mix of cultures and businesses only to become more so coming into the future.

Carnes Hill

"Good access to key infrastructure"

Carnes Hill has a well equipped shopping centre, lots of greenery and is tightly positioned next to the M7 and just down the road from the upcoming airport precinct. Really useful location, plenty of lovely homes and community feel.

Dalmatia Ave

"Useful suburb artery that will grow in stature once completed"

This street has yet to be connected fully to the station precinct, but will become a great way to quickly get from peace parts of the suburb straight to the station and shopping centre, whilst still staying quiet on the golf course side. New trees planted too.

Edmondson Park

"Has been really ideal so far"

Having just built a home here last year and having had a baby since then, our family has been really satisfied with Edmondson Park. We are on the Ardennes Avenue side and have found neighbours to be lovely, incredibly easy access to M5/M7 and plenty of close infrastructure, which will only improve with the shopping centre nearly finished, and parks to come. Will only get better I'm sure! Any weaknesses to the suburb are really those of any new estate that is growing, which is that infrastructure will be added over time and not always be immediately available, these things tend to resolve over time.
