I've lived here for ten years and seen this suburb lift dramatically. Took a chance in purchasing here and it has paid off. Development in the suburb is rapidly happening and the place is rejuvenating with young families. With facilities like northpark shopping centre nearby and Churchill centre a short drive away there is excellent retail. The coopers ale house is brilliant and there are so many restaurants around to eat in. Enfield primary school is a lovely little school too as I have recently discovered! People and neighbors are friendly. Well worth considering buying or living in the area.
