Forrest Street

"Wonderful family street"

Forrest street is a lovely place to live and wonderful for a family. A lot of family activity happens on the street from football to rollerblading and everyone is very friendly. Green and leafy, quiet and peaceful, Forrest street is great. I wish I still lived there!

"Trains every 20 mins but I suppose you get used to it."

Not a bad street if you are a trainspotter. Neighbours are rude and nasty. Have been known to rock peoples cars and cause a lot of disturbance.

Now this does not sound like a nice place to live at all! I don't think even if i was a trainspotter i would risk having rocks thrown at my car.

"Great Place To Live and Central To Everything"

Just 20mins at peak hour and 10mins other times to the city. This area is close to everything. The airport is only 10 mins away and you have a selection of shopping and dining areas. Kids are kept amused at Kalinga Park - one of Brisbane's best.

"Great Street/Peak Hour Nightmare"

We have been more than happy living in Calida St. The only problem time is peak hour (morning and evening) when the bottleneck on Sandgate Rd fills up. We do have some pesky neighbours i.e. mice, but hopefully they will be relocating soon!
