I've lived here for about 5 years and really enjoy being close to everything, yet on a quiet street where there is only local residents traffic. Our neighbours are friendly and our street has a mixture of retirees, families and young couples. Mainly good size yards although alot of subdivision happening in the suburb these days.

We love being close to the big park at Mitchell Park, lots of trees and birds and plenty of space. Great bike tracks nearby for exercise and the swimming centre being built there. Just a short drive to get to the beach, or the city and transport links are good - just a walk to Marion/Tonsley stations or the bus. Marion shopping centre is handy and a few mins drive away for all the conveniences. Close to Flinders hospital when you need it and to Flinders Uni.
