Albany Highway
"Best Cafe Strip in WA"
I challenge anyone to find a street in Perth that has more restaurants than Albany Highway Vic Park and East Vic Park. Its heaps better than Northbridge and safer as well.

Swansea St
"Beautiful wide leafy street."
Its easy to see that the Vic Park Council really looks after Swansea st. Underground power, widest verges, beautiful shady Peppermint trees. Very quiet, yet walking distance to great shopping and restaurants on Albany Highway. Carlisle Train station is a 5 minute walk and its only 5 to 10 minutes drive to and from the city depending on the time of day. Superb character homes abound, especially near the Mint St intersection.
Great for
- Wide verges. Beautiful shady street trees. very quiet. Close to everything. Charscter brick homes
