"The most affordable suburb in the whole area, with great value"
You can't go wrong with Macquarie Park...if you ever live in this area, you will never want to move anywhere else. Macqaurie Park is the most affordable suburb in the whole area, if compared with its neighbors i.e. South Turramurra, West Pymble,Killara,Marsfield,West Lindfield,Eastwood,North Ryde,Chatswood West.
Great for
- Great infrastructure
- Close to university and ever growing business park - two essential aspect of long term growth
- Friendly people
- Growing region
Not great for
- More street shops and restaurant could be nice around the business park area and near the train station
