As a family living in Rockbank’s Accolade Estate, we’ve seen firsthand how much this area has grown—and how quickly property values are rising. When we first moved in, it already had the promise of a vibrant, family-friendly community, and now it’s truly coming to life.

One of the biggest perks is the sense of space and modern living. The estate is designed with families in mind—plenty of parks, walking trails, and open spaces where kids can play safely. The local Rockbank Primary School and the nearby Woodlea Town Centre make daily life super convenient, with more schools, shops, and cafes popping up as the area continues to develop.
My elder one goes to the Bacchus Marsh Grammar high school. The location is convenient for driving him to the school.

The train station upgrade has made commuting to the city a breeze, and with future developments planned, demand is only going to increase. We’ve noticed more families moving in, and as the community grows. It’s an exciting time to be here!
