Wellington is such a Beautiful place, with huge parks, Macquarie and Bell rivers leading up to tree lined hills in the background, with walking trails to overlook the region.
There are some great people in town, just a shame there is a large drug fueled criminal element, dragging down the good people.
Real estate is so overpriced these days for what you get

Peace and tranqulity right on the Murray River, with access to the extensive Vinifera forest trails. Plenty of camping and fishing spots
Great safe, quiet place to live, with plenty of jobs, especially farm work
Only 30ks out of Swan Hill, which has everything

Not an overly friendly town, unless you're young, Born here or have lots of money. Plenty of Jobs, but be careful who you work for, as you see the same employers advertising and complaining about not being able to find staff, despite treating current Staff poorly.
Real estate is extremely overpriced for a town with not many positives. Lots of Pet shops , but you have to travel 30ks to find a decent hardward store.
Great Festivals and Pubs, but all the positive i can find
