Having lived nearby previously and moving to Telopea around two years ago, I've witnessed the area's transformation firsthand. While there are still some rundown buildings near the post office, the overall improvement is striking. Telopea has evolved into a safe and charming community, particularly on the west side of the railway.

What I truly appreciate about Telopea are its parklands and bushwalking trails, perfect for unwinding and connecting with nature. The restaurants and cafes near the new light rail station offer exceptional food and service. The recent addition of an Asian grocery store, replacing the old IGA provides convenience for residents without cars, eliminating the need for trips to Carlingford.

One of the standout benefits is the accessibility to Parramatta. Currently, even before the completion of the light rail, residents can enjoy a seamless commute by riding along the designated bike path alongside the railway. In just 20 minutes, you can pedal your way to Parramatta, making commuting a breeze.
