Bellbowrie

"Hidden Gem"

A lovely small village with a great community spirit. Gardens are beautiful at any time of the year. Lots of bird life. Plenty of walking trails for the hiking enthusiast. Spectacular scenery. A great place for both young families and retirees. Easy transport to the city and excellent primary and secondary schools.

We just moved to Moggill absolute loving it,I recon the bellbowrie plaza is sad with empty shops.I wonder what shops would be of preference for new opening

Bang on, good at running mouth without giving any real rhyme or reason. It sucks, Bellbowrie sucks, blah blah blah. Anything constructive, factorial edithj??????????

EdithJ - please move if you dont like the suburb. 15m drive the Indooroopilly mall - 34min to city - not bad at all assuming you dont care to visit eastern suburbs daily.if you can drive to work or are near express line. No problems. Just watch out for flood areas

Moggill
"A great place to live and raise young & growing children"
I have lived in Moggill for the last 5 years and truly believe that there have been no better place than Moggill to raise my two children. This suburb has really good schools and parks and every amenities for children. 
Moggil has always represented good value to home buyers compared to other suburbs. Strong Growth and a shortage in rental supply in the last few years is making the area popular with investors, and definitely a good option to consider.

  • Beautiful surrounds
  • Safe and friendly community
  • Well considered town planning
Not great for
  • Shopping Centre needs to keep up with the growing population needs
