Living on the pacific motorway is extremely noisy and not good for resale as people have trouble living with the noise pollution.

It is very rare that you find houses come up for sale in Bundall. Yet now it seems more properties are popping up with interest rates on the move upwards. Number 9 Mercedes Place is currently for sale and going on auction @ 11am the 20th of February. The agent has indicated on the market pamphlet they want a range of $650-700k.

My personal opinion is the property will probably get lower than expected bids and end up selling in the high 500's maybe low 600's. Either way it is awesome deals some waterfront properties opposite are asking 2 and 3,4 times what this will sell for! Its a buyers market right now, good luck to the lucky few that have some cash to invest right now =)

Lothian avenue in Sorrento off Campbell street is a quiet and safe streetwith dry blocks and some irregular shaped waterfront blocks.

Beryl Roberts and Brittain Park only moments away. This is a good street in an area that still represents good value for money.
