Recently designated by the government as Melbourne’s creative hub, fashion, designers and agency folk are all streaming in providing a great eclectic mix of people sitting in the bustling bars and cafes. Loads of parks and open spaces, big blocks and stately federation heritage listed homes in the blue ribbon streets of Albert and Hunter.

Quickly gentrifying, it’s still much more affordable than the south east, and has great community spirit. Made up of young professionals working in the city, young families and students (thanks to a university campus in Brunswick).
