"Woolwich Road Hunters Hill is elligent and serene."
This is a street you drive down slowly because you don't want to miss anything.
This wide street takes you down to Woolwich point where you can access one of the ferriey stops to circular quay and others. The late Kerry Packer owned several houses in Woolwich and was a lover of this beautiful and select peninsular location.
Magnificent stand stone mansions and historic homes line this street and also the point road, when you win lotto invest in this street and you will double your money every 7 years ... or do as I do get up at 5am and walk it every second day you'll meet some nice people along the way.

"Best street in the non pensular portion of Hunters Hill well elevated and walk to everything"
Hunters Hill is a heritage area and my home is a 3 year old 5 bedroom 3 bathroom on the high side of the street with views looking at Chatswood CBD. I built a new house in Hunters Hill because the historical growth of the suburb is 10.6% since 1930 which is better than money in the bank.
People stay here forever it is a tree heaven and neighbor friendly with a bus at the end of the street that takes my girls to the front door of their school or a 15 minute trip on the 506 to town hall.
Several major shopping centers are within a 15 minute drive and I am only 10 minutes from the CBD in non peak hour traffic. My office is in Gladesville which is 3 minutes away and I write research and training material for the real estate industry.

Because I knocked the old one down and built a new one 3 years ago.
Sounds wonderful Phillip!
Thanks Phillip! It sounded like the original house was still there.
How can your home be brand new AND built in 1946?
