You are 100% Right about everything Caleb.I can't even handle the thought these days of walking through the major shopping mall in that part of town(I still go to Tea Tree Plaza but that's a different thing altogether I live in the Eastern Suburbs but sometimes It's great to have a bit of an escapism from the stuffiness of Burnside Village or Norwood Parade).

Norwood

"A Lovely Suburb Next to the City"

What can I say? Norwood is a beautiful suburb situated right next to the city. The price of living is rather high but it is Norwood. A mix of lovely old detached homes, apartments, townhouses and modern houses makes for a beautiful suburb. Traffic can get high at times but the back-streets tend to be quiet. I would not recommend living within a few hundred metres of pubs and clubs as the drunks pour out and get to work being louts (same as anywhere with a pub). Shopping options are a plenty. The Parade is home to many specialty shops and and a shopping centre which has the multi award-winning Norwood Foodland. Norwood is also home to the Norwood Redlegs Football Club allowing you to walk to home games. Norwood is a beautiful suburb for people that are prepared to pay the executive price.

Oregan Crs

"New, still available - get in quick!"

Oregan Cresent is a new street off Whiting Road. It is small, and has all new homes. Depending on which side of the street your on, the backyard view isn't exactly "picturesque". The backyards are quite small but not not every house is designed for families with children. Houses are still available. If you want a nice new home in the lovely suburb of St Agnes, then have a look in Oregan Cresent. Get in quick before they are all gone!
