Hi Susy!
According to the NBNCo rollout map, first construction started in October 2011 and last construction will commence in October 2013.
NBNCo estimates that services should be available for use approx. 12 months after construction commences.
Going by that info, the whole of St Agnes should be serviced by the NBN in late 2014.
